He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Mayoleth and Wauneta Mayoleth; and his sister Wauneta Mayoleth (Cissy). He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Herrera of Wymore, Seana Mills of Florence, Colorado and Derrick Mayoleth (Tara) of Harrisonville, Missouri; his siblings, Darryle Mayoleth of Virginia, Nebraska and Sharon Mayoleth of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Tony, Veronica, Jonah, Dustin, Alaina, Lorne, Piper, Laycie and Devin.
