She was predeceased by: her parents, Bohus Svatos and Amelia Svatos (Murdra); her husband Joe Janak; her son James; and her siblings, Martha Janak, Fred, Henry, Rosval and Walter Svatos.
She is survived by: her daughters, Irene Kamphaus (Carl) of O'Neill and Darlene (Lavern Warriner) of Center; her daughter-in-law Nancy Janak of Niobrara; her grandchildren, Niela Stark (Brian) and Jay Janak; her great grandchildren, Marissa, Tyrel, Hannah, Bryce, Tessa and Lilly; her great great grandchild Olivia; and her sisters, Dorothy Goodrich of Verdel, Lydia Larson of Norfolk and Fannie Holecek of Verdigre.
