It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Horstmann of Verdigre, Nebraska, who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Herbert and Anna Herbert (Mastalir); her husband Willard Horstmann; her daughter Kathy Macke; and her sister Betty Lou Herbert.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Horstmann (Theresa) of Verdigre, NE and Bruce Horstmann (Teresa) of Orchard, NE; her son-in-law Joe Macke of Manley, NE; her brother Marvin Herbert of Verdigre; and her sister-in-law Leona Briggs. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
