She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Balleweg and Mary Balleweg (Tharnish); her husband Robert Dvorak; her siblings, Eugene "Gene" Balleweg and Loretta Hutchinson; her grandson Robert Trent; and her children-in-law, Jeff Lynn and Alysia Dvorak.
She is survived by: her children, Loretta, Linda Trent (Charles) of St. Charles, Richard Dvorak of Scribner, Rita Wickett (Dave) of Verdigre, Terry Dvorak (Deb) of Omaha, Lori Sandhoefner (Joedy) of Fort Calhoun, Max Dvorak (Susan) of Center, Joe Dvorak of Pierce, Dale Dvorak (Julie) of Verdigre, Connie Svendsen (Ron) of Papillion and Jane Lynn of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her brother Francis Balleweg (Darlene) of Sparks, Nevada. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons; many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren.
