She was predeceased by: her spouse Raymond L. Blake; and her son John Blake. She is survived by: her sons, James Blake of Springfield, MO and Philip Blake (Margaret) of California; her siblings, Curtis Bader (Ilona) of Foxfire, NC, Gail Bader (Mary Ann) of Omaha, NE, Phyllis Forbes and Maxine Nix; and her grandson Nicholas Blake (Tara). She is also survived by 3 great grandsons.
