He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine; his parents, Earl Johnson and Helen Staniec; and his stepfather Luke Staniec. He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda O'Hara (Mark) of Urbandale, IA, Kathy Williams of Omaha and Susan Wozniak (Terrill) of Omaha; and his sister Marilyn Waugh. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
