He is survived by: his wife Mary of Valley; his sons, Scott (Jana Heyne), Chris (Diane Heyne) and Matthew (Martha Lee Heyne); his grandchildren, Faith, Maggie, Mia Heyne, Brooke, Lily, Ava Heyne, Amanda and Sam Church; his sister Mary; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Micek of Omaha, David and Susan Spann of Ainsworth, NE. He is also survived by aunt, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
