He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen; his daughter Peggy Miller; and his brothers, Richard and Lawrence Bills. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Vondrasek (Robert) of Omaha, Jerry Bills (Carol) of Elkhorn and Jim Bills (Linda) of Norfolk, NE; his son-in-law Tom Miller of Kennard; and his brother Roy Bills. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
