Kelly Patrick is survived by: children, Kalie-Mae Cody of Ashland and Matthew Cody; grandchildren, Micheal Cody, Oaklynn Greve, Tyler Cody, Morgan Cody and Keaton Cody; great grandchild Silas Howser; and brother Lanny.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
