With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Caroline Chisholm of Valley, Nebraska, born in Scribner, Nebraska, who passed away on April 18, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sommermeyer and Eva Sommermeyer; her son Robert Chisholm; and her son-in-law David Gamerl. She is survived by: her daughter Claire Gamerl Andersen (Chuck); her daughter-in-law Carol Chisholm; her sons, Richard Chisholm (Margaret) and Roger Chisholm (Mary); her daughter-in-law Diane Rogers (Kenny); and her daughters, Carole Allemang (Tim) and Cristin Wilson (Jessup). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In lieu of floral remembrances, the family asks for donations to your choice of the Food Bank, St. James Episcopal Church Food Pantry or Fremont Area Community Foundation.
