She was predeceased by: her parents, John Koeppe and Marie Koeppe of Pierce, Nebraska.; her husband Keith Lackas of Randolph, Nebraska.; her sons, Steve and Monty; and her brother Gib Koeppe.
She is survived by: her son Randy Lackas (Debbie) of Valley, Nebraska; her daughter-in-law Viv Lackas of Norfolk, Nebraska; and her sister June Kunkel (David) of Orange, California. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
