Shirley Ione Tate Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2023, at the age of 88, Shirley Ione Tate (Valentine, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Luedke and Christine Luedke (Schmidt); her brothers, Oliver, Norman (Shirley Luedke) and Virgil (Richard); her grandchildren, Rothley Larson and Rauleigh Linse Tate; and her daughter-in-law Rhoda Tate.
She is survived by: her children, Susan, David Love, Robert and Tammi Tate; and her nephews, Andrew Luedke and Charles Mack. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
She loved to sew and made beautiful quilts, donating many to Cherry County Hospital for newborns.
