She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Foster and Winifred Foster (Read); her children, Lois, Rhonda (Tim), Debb (Mark), Dee Hoefs (John) and Russell W (Gayle); her grandchildren, Kim (Joe), Corby (Lisa), Tucker (Lori), Tanner (Amelia), Keri (Mark), Greg Russchelle (Troy), Chad, Kendra (John), Kade (Dori), Cort (Ashley), Kwynn (Ty), Keaton, Dustin (Lacey), Jennifer (Jess), Brandon (Jasmine), Logan (Paula), Ehran and Shane; her siblings, Norma Jean, Albert "Jack" Foster, Barbara Morlang, Sharon Brinda, Phyllis Mayhew Valentine (Dan) and Robert "Bob" Foster (Gloria); and her husband Russell A. Peterson. She was also cherished by 43 great grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials will be donated to local children's and youth programs.
