She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Engler and Agnes Engler (Simons); her husband Harry; her daughter Mary Helen; her siblings, Leonard Engler (Doris) and Margaret Straka (Alfred); and her brother-in-law John Schmit.

She is survived by: her children, Tom (Susan), Joe (Nevada), Theresa May (Dennis), Bill (Stasia), Jim, John and Matt (Rick McFayden); and her siblings, Eileen Schmitt and John Engler (Dottie). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
