With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Nelsen (Valentine, Nebraska), born in Saint Edward, Nebraska, who passed away on December 3, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Oliver Miller; her husband Earl Christian Nelsen; her sister Doris Eckwald; and her mother Jennie Peterson Miller. She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Nancy), Donald (Virginia), Gordon (Ruth), Larry (Joyce), Merrell (Kristi) and Cindy (Andrew Hamre); and her grandchildren, Chrystal, Dana, Daryl, Natalie, Jack, William, Jim, Jennifer, Miquan, Kristy, Michelle, Kerstin, Nika, Benjamin, Cameron and McKenzie. She is also survived by five sons and one daughter.
