He is survived by: his wife Betty Mulligan; his children, Debra Higgins (Tom), Roger Joseph (Jayne) and Cindy Galloway (Keven); and his grandchildren, Robert Joseph (Lacey), Rachelle Borchers (Jeff), Lacey Hoefs (Dustin) and Brandon Bennett.
