He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn McLeod; his wife Kathy of Utica; his children, Lauren Marcum (Kyle) of Council Bluffs, IA and Eric Ohlsen (Sarah) of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Thomas Gregory Marcum, Hannah Lu Marcum, Esmé Eleanor Ohlsen and Jude Oliver Ohlsen; his cousin Barb McKee (Warden) of Louisville, CO; his niece Katie Avise of Clive, IA; and his sister-in-law Lana Ohlsen of Urbandale, IA..
