She was predeceased by: her husbands, Wilbur Lowe and James A. Shepard; her daughter Virginia "Ginger" Lowe; and her brothers, Robert Walter Achuff and William Achuff.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Rylee Ellen; her granddaughter Chrissy; her children, Roberta "Bobbie" Lowe Cucchi (Chip), William "Billy" Lowe (Mary), Terrie Lynn Shepard, Kim Hunter and Little Evie Frazier; her grandson David M. Vay (Dawn Marie Vay); her great grandchildren, Morgan Vay and Mia Vay; and her brother Joseph Achuff. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
