He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moody and Esther Anne Kendall Sr. (Mullis). He is survived by: his wife Deborah of Union; his children, Rachel Hamling (Roger) of Union, Megan Kendall (Amber) of Bellevue and David Kendall (Kimberly) of Union; his sister Marcia Rengifo (Pedro) of Union; his grandchildren, Reed, Tyler, Brandon, Tierra, Asya and Tayler; and his great grandchildren, Miles, Carter and Demi. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the Cass County Sheriff's Office or East Union Cemetery.
