She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lemka and Sophie Lemka (Bruns); her spouse Glenn Lewis; her son-in-law Trixy; her siblings, Marjorie Lemka and Edwin Lemka; her parents-in-law, Theodore Poole, Lawrence "Link" Zoz, Spiro "Lucky" Krivokopich, Mary Lemka and Don Lewis; and her granddaughter-in-law Michele Ziemann.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Lewis (Jo) of Unadilla, NE, Jerry Lewis (Carol) of Lincoln, Sally Peterson (Lloyd) of Lincoln, Jack Lewis of Lincoln and Nancy Liesemeyer (Arlan) of Syracuse; and her siblings, Leota Krivokopich, Violet Poole (Jim), Leonard Lemka and Jane Lewis. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
