He was predeceased by: his spouses, Virgil (Ted) of Palmyra, NE and Carol Ann Gray of Davey, NE; his parents, Earl and Minnie; his parents-in-law, Roy F. and Helene Gray; and his siblings, John, Earl Jr., Virgil (Ted), Marvin (Jennie) and Marie Heather (Delbert).
He is survived by: his son Scott Halvorsen (Linda) of Syracuse, NE; his grandchildren, Tom Emerson (Valerie) of Lincoln, NE and Shelly LaPointe (Tim) of Lincoln, NE; his son Lee Halvorsen (Kasha); his granddaughter Elisabeth of Allen, TX.; his sister-in-law Wilma Halvorsen; his grandson Christopher Halvorsen; and his brother-in-law Carl R. Gray.
