He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chadwick and Delpha Chadwick (Hord); his brother Andy Chadwick; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Locklear and Larry Timme.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Chadwick; his sons, William Chadwick (Cindy Oberding) and Brian Chadwick; his grandchildren, Holly and Jared Chadwick; and his sister-in-law Janet L. Timme. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
