He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall W. Gartner and Mary Belle Gartner (Frye); and his daughter Dawn Schaer. He is survived by: his children, Jordana Hoegh of Atlanta and Travis Gartner (Valya) of Arlington; his grandchildren, Madison Griffith, Nyah, Kinley, Shayden Hoegh, Henry, Stella and Ava Gartner; and his siblings, Gary Gartner (Gloria) of Seward, Nancy Petersen of Lincoln and Marlene Vidra (Jeff) of Lincoln, Nebraska.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the family for future designation.
