He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernis Dailey (Chub) and Dorothy Dailey (Rimpley); his parents-in-law, Fred and Esther Smith; his brother-in-law Karl Hunn; his nephew Devin Burch; and his cousins, Earl and Ila Dailey.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith; his sons, Craig Leon (Tish) of North Platte and Marty Ray (Kari) of Bennett Colorado; his grandsons, Logan (Alisa) of Lingle and Colton (Ericka Barnes); his great grandchild Cora Leigh of Belle Fourche; his brothers, Donny and Bernis (Sharon) of Stapleton; his sisters-in-law, Betty Hunn of Paradise, CA, Billie Burch (Tom) of Tryon and Dee Towne (Bob Fletcher) of North Platte; and his cousin Ester Webster of North Platte.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Eagles Club in North Platte, or the McPherson County Rural Fire Department.
