She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Waits and Darlene Tupper Waits; her brother Wayne; and her niece Misty Smith-Luebbert. She is survived by: her husband Terry Neal (Terrence); her son Trevor (Rovilyn); her grandchildren, Andre, Rove and Talisha of Mission, SD; her son Craig (Angie); her grandchildren, Creighton, Reese and Charos of Townsend, MT; her son Tyler (Liz); her grandchildren, Addison and Alani of McCook; and her siblings, Vernon (Pauline) of Tryon, Errol of Omaha and Leora Smith (Collis) of Lincoln. She is also survived by niece and three nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adams & Swanson Funeral Home (421 W 4th St, North Platte, NE 69101). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ringgold Free Church (902 NE-92, Tryon, NE 69167).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to McPherson County Schools for a teaching or music scholarship.
