He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivor W. Samuelson and Evelyn M. "Abby" Samuelson (Hawthorne); his mother-in-law Kathryn Marsh; and his siblings, Bonnie Reed (Samuelson) and Bob Samuelson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Samuelson; his grandchildren, Madeline Samuelson, Morgan Samuelson, Bailey Samuelson, Breck Samuelson, Irelyn Samuelson and Quinn Samuelson; his siblings, Janis Weiser (Samuelson) and Joel (Karen Samuelson); and his sister-in-law Marlene Samuelson.
Memorials may be given to Grace United Methodist Church, Trumbull Community Center, or Hastings College Scholarship Fund.
