She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Ochsner and Blanche Ochsner (Bishop); her brothers, Vaughn Ochsner, Daryl Ochsner and Doyle Ochsner; her great grandchild Ainsley Bienhoff; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Bierman, Beth Ochsner and Georgia Ochsner.
She is survived by: her husband Art McDowell; her child Cyndi McDowell; her grandchildren, Casey (Paula Ryan), Courtney (Steve Wallace), Amanda (Joe Murman), Misty (Chris Silva), Ryan (Cassi McDowell), Lindy (Joe Hunt), Cody (Erica McDowell), Jeremiah (Megan McDowell), Megan (Brandon Sorensen), Alyssa (Blayne Bienhoff), Joshua (Ashley McDowell) and Lexie Huck (Hudson Huck); her siblings, Betty Bierman and Duane Ochsner; and her sister-in-law Arlene Ochsner. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and other extended family.
Memorials may be given to Trumbull Community Foundation or Greenwood Cemetery.
