She is survived by: her children, Travis Zoubek, Kim Kotas (Bryan), Jerrod Zoubek (Becky) and Corey Zoubek (Cori); her grandchildren, Kaleb Kotas, Breanna Zoubek, Jonathan Zoubek, Ashlyn Zoubek, Kirstin Zoubek and Kolin Zoubek; and her sisters, Susie (Dennis Francis) and Patsy (Gary Meyer).
