He is survived by: his children, Steven of Norfolk, NE, Rita Nelson (Bruce) of Greenwood, NE, Keith of Norfolk, NE and Gayle Mahood (Mike) of Page, NE; his stepchildren, Sue Malchow (Dale) of Elkhorn, NE, Gary Klug (Deb) of Stanton, NE and Gene Klug of Stanton, NE; his sister Marj Johnson of Blair, NE; and his brother-in-law Gail Hawk (Patty) of Ballground, GA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brockhaus-Harlan Funeral Home (303 E 2nd St, Tilden, NE 68781). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (500 S Center St, Tilden, NE 68781).
