He is survived by: his brother Raymond Stark (Joyce) of Pierce, NE.; his nephews, Jeff Stark of Norfolk, NE and Justin Stark (Dana) of Syracuse, NE.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gideon, Lawson and Emmett; his nephew Josh Stark (Darcy) of Lincoln, NE.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayd, Imogen, Preston and Maddox.
Randy truly enjoyed bird watching, riding shotgun in the truck, listening to 70's songs and country music, as well as going golfing during COVID, when everything else was shut down.
