He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralza Armfield and Amanda Armfield (Nelson); his wife Evelyn Armfield; his daughter Joan Tomcko; and his siblings, Roland Armfield and Darlene Spotanski (Frank).

He is survived by: his sons, Derrick (Christine) of Cedar Hill, TX and Dan Armfield (Tessie) of Mesa, AZ; and his siblings, Avis Doring of Wilmar, MN, Shirley Goennier (John) of Palm Desert, CA and Donald Armfield of Downing, CA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great grandchild.

Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation.
