He is survived by: his parents, Charles Harlan and Marilyn Harlan of Tilden; his children, Devin Harlan of Fremont, Lauren Harlan of Fremont, Madison Harlan of Omaha and Abbigail Harlan of Omaha; his grandchildren, Rhylnn, Rowynn and Jaxson; his sister Lora Otten (Jarvis) of Norfolk; and his nephews, Coty and Cole.
