Rose Rutar Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Rutar of Thurston, Nebraska, who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Rose shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rose farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Vrana and Emily Vrana (Semrad); her sister Mary Jane; and her son-in-law Doug Griener. She is survived by: her children, Betty Schieffer (Gary) of Randolph, NE, Alice Nielsen (Dan) of Bennington, NE and Dennis Rutar (Deb) of Beemer, NE; and her sister-in-law Mary Rutar. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
