He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kubik and Libby Kubik (Fillipi); and his siblings, Carroll Kubik, Melvin "Butch" Kubik, Clara Cooper, Evelyn Hammer, Darlene Kubik and Arlene Henschke.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Kubik (Tricia) of Aurora, NE, Bryon Kubik of Omaha, NE, Joel Kubik (Shawna) of Homer, NE and Brent Kubik (Brittney Kendall) of Lincoln, NE; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Reinsch (Michael) and Jacie Eisenhauer (Darrin); his siblings, JoAnn Paulsen (Roger) of Emerson, NE, Marilyn Paseka (Ron) of Onawa, IA, Elsie Kieborz (Eldon) of Loop City, NE, LaVern Kubik (Viola) of Pender, NE and Don Kubik of Emerson, NE.; and also, Olivia of Aurora, NE, Ike, Tripp, Hux of West Point, NE, Alex Kubik (Caitlyn) of Omaha, NE and Brett Kubik of Siloan Springs, AR. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
