He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hladky and Verna Hladky (Lajba); his wife Donna Barnes; and his siblings, Donald and Vernamae.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth of Escondido, CA, Kathryn of Tekamah and John; his siblings, Marcie Brousek of Omaha and Richard Hladky of Fremont; and his grandchildren, Jacqueline, James, Rayna and Veona. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
