She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Bolton and Willie Bolton (Jones); her husband Bob Shumake; her son Jeff Kephart; and her brothers, Jim, Bill and Larry Bolton.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Lorenzen (Gregg), Justin Kephart, Les Kephart (Cristina) and Curt Wiese (Mandy); her grandchildren, Nikki Lorenzen, Eric Lorenzen (Kylie), Bryan Lorenzen (Lindsey), Jennifer Layton (Lee), Jessica Hodson (Garrett), Justina Otto (Josh), River Kephart, Brice Kephart, Dylan Kephart, Brie Wiese and Emily Wiese; and her siblings, Sharon Robinson, Gloria Mantell, Shirley Grandgenett, Bob Bolton and Pat Bolton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
