She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hanneman and Bessie Hanneman (Miller); her husband Gerald Wortman; her siblings, Herbert, Verle, Ralph, Jr., Richard, Martha, Edith, Ione, Dorothy, Peggy and Bette; and her grandchildren, Derek Wortman and Juliet Wortman.
She is survived by: her children, Terry (Lu), Brian (Mary) and Jaccie Mencke (Steve); her grandchildren, Amie Ohlman, Taressa Poppert (Shawn), Collin Wortman, Brent Mencke, Craig Mencke (Crystal), Mark Wortman and Jennifer Mills (Stephen); and her great grandchildren, Willa, Zander, Brody, Daisy, Sydney, Jaiden, Tyler, Delaney, Cooper, Addison and Teagan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
She was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society fund drives.
