He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tobin and Helen Tobin (Woods); his wife Mary Ellen; his sons, Joseph W and Donald M; and his siblings, Jeanie Hundahl, Barbara Siggins (Bill), Bob (MaryLou) and John (Francis).
He is survived by: his children, Mike (Lorri) of Tekamah, John (Annette) of Las Vegas, Phil (Jill) of Des Moines, Kevin (Amy) of Tekamah and Teresa of Omaha; his grandchildren, Michael Fleming (Kylee), Mark Fleming (Abbey), Jessie Phillips (Jake), Brett Tobin, Thomas Weingardt, Ri Tobin, Hannah Hansen (Jason), Katie Klitz (Connor), Courtney Tobin and Kristen Tobin; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Stephen, Vicktor, Fox, Della Mae, Chesney, Beaux, Crew, Chase, Kroy and Hansen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
