He was predeceased by: his wife Leona Larson Chamberlain; his former wife Betty Socha; his parents, Clarence Chamberlain and Ruth Plummer Chamberlain; his sister Edith Curley; his brother-in-law Richard Curley; his grandson Lucas Dorn; and his son-in-law Thomas Dorn.
He is survived by: his friend Geraldine Schreur; his children, Cecelia Dorn, Kathryn Jennings (Duane) and John Chamberlain; his grandchildren, Sara Dorn Ladd, John Dorn and Jacob Gatewood; and his great grandchildren, Alexa, Parker Ladd and Marshal Gatewood.
