She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Laflin and Nancy Mae Laflin (Carel); her former husband Paul Higgins; her close friend John Lambert; her siblings, Hugh, Harvey Laflin and Linda Kay; and her brother-in-law Clyde.
She is survived by: her children, Arnie Higgins of Lincoln, Lonnie Higgins (Heather) of Crab Orchard and Theresa Weber (Ray) of Tecumseh; her grandchildren, Mandy Hinchey (Higgins), Mikayla Higgins, James, Paige Higgins, Caty and Emme Weber; her great grandchildren, Jackson and Colt Hinchey; her siblings, Jim Laflin (Judy) of Rockport, MO, Helen McKenzie of Avoca, Diane Richardson (Jim) of Adams, Jeannie Rogman (Wayne) of Lincoln and Deb Belding (Mike) of Beatrice; and her sister-in-law Marjorie Laflin of Crab Orchard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
