It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Lynn Hazen of Tecumseh, Nebraska, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hazen and Della Hazen (Bohling). He is survived by: his former spouse Lynn (Goetz); his daughter Chandra; his siblings, Pam Hillman (Darrell) of Syracuse and Jeff Hazen of Scottsdale; and his nephews, Travis (Jessica), Tyler (Dana) and Bryan Hillman (Maura). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
