He is survived by: his sons, Leslie Blythe (Deanna Beethe) and Robert Blythe (Gloria); his stepdaughters, Kim Kaufman (Harvey), Shelli Huss (Jeff) and Lisa Moore; his grandchildren, Travis (Jayde), Jaslin, Amber Blythe, Nikie Rogers, Casey, Annie, Cody Kaufman, Chrissa, Matthew, Sam Huss, Erik Knollenberg and Jade Moore; and his brother William Blythe, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
