He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Rowe and Bertha Rowe (Schoen); and his brother-in-law Dick Barry. He is survived by: his wife Arlene C. Casper of Tecumseh; his children, Michael Rowe (Tammy) and Lisa Blinde (Jim) of Johnson; his grandchildren, Steven, Eric, Kevin Blinde, Dylan Rowe and Tori Rowe; his sister Beverly Slama (John); and his sister-in-law Lola Barry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
