He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Fankhauser and Goldie Fankhauser (Moore); his daughter Cheryl Lynn; and his son-in-law James Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Irene Caroline Russell; his daughters, Charlotte Grof, Janet Stephenson and Carolyn Coldwell (David); his grandchildren, Scott Grof (Stacy), Susan Johnson (Chad), Sarah Jazbec (Nate), Caroline Marciano (Christopher) and Cassandra Heath (Bryan); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan Grof, Koko, Norah, Merritt, Holland, Jewel Johnson, Masheala, Kaiden Maynez, Tayah Kephart, Kathyrn, James Marciano, Eva and Laura Heath; and also Caroline Koester.
