She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Rohlfs and Evelyn Rohlfs; her brother Roger; her parents-in-law, Bob and LaVerne Mayfield; and her sister-in-law Sheila Mayfield.
She is survived by: her former husband Steven Mayfield; her husband Steve; her siblings, Judy Hatten (Dave) and Rolly; her sister-in-law Linda Rohlfs; and her sons, Caleb and Nathan.
