We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2022, at the age of 97, Marilyn E. Wellensiek of Syracuse, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Eden and Minnie Eden (Straube); her husband Henry F. Wellensiek; her daughter-in-law Denise Wellensiek; and her sister Irene Eden.
She is survived by: her caregiver Henry; her children, Janice Tompkins, Karl Wellensiek, Henry C. Wellensiek (Cathy) and Lee Wellensiek (Sharon); her grandchildren, Marc Tompkins (Christine), Jill Lisius (Phil), Eric Wellensiek and Louise Ryle (Taylor); her stepgrandchildren, PJ Bryant and Aaron Bryant (Erica); and her sister-in-law Hilda Wellensiek. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, 6 step great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
