She is survived by: her spouse Noel Kemper Sr.; her children, Tammy Whitson, Noel Kemper Jr. and Debbie Kemper; her grandchildren, Connie Whitson, Cody Whitson, Sheyenne Diltz and Grady Diltz; her great grandchildren, Cash Whitson and Beckett Diltz; her sister Ruth; and her brother-in-law Garry Battey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
