It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Kay Yost (Syracuse, Nebraska), who passed away on November 9, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kirk Yost; her parents, Robert Holmes and Lucille Holmes; and her siblings, Ginger Fielder, Sheila Kuehn and Mike Holmes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Yost of Syracuse, NE and Tammy Schumacher (Robert) of Nebraska City, NE; her grandchildren, Danelle Owens (Stephen) of Syracuse, NE, Samantha Walker (Chris) of Nebraska City, NE, Nick Schumacher (Jessica) of Omaha, NE and Jerry Schumacher (Michelle) of Nebraska City, NE; her great grandchildren, Emma, Zane, Ryan, Matthew, Addison, Alex, Cedric, Quinn, Gwenneth and Tayler; her sisters, Bobbie Magnuson of Lincoln, NE and Rita Turek (Dave) of Lincoln, NE; and her sister-in-law Shirley Holmes of Lincoln, NE. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
