He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Burbee and Doris Burbee (Albin); his wife Eva Stranathan; his daughter Susan Marie; and his siblings, Duane, Rex Burbee and Jane Tague.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny Burbee (Susan) of Douglas, Roger Burbee of Talmage, Deborah Burbee of Talmage and Connie Francois (Brad) of Cook; his grandchildren, Samantha and Daymon Francois; and his stepgranddaughter Ramona Stranathan of Tecumseh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
