She was predeceased by: her parents, William Heider and Alma Heider (Heidbrink) of Chester, Neb; her siblings, Esther, Wilda Juengel, Louis, Elmer and Robert Heider; and her nieces, Carolyn Filter and Nancy Turek.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Hofts; her children, Kevin Hofts of Denver and Julie Pauls (Ralph Pauls) of The Woodlands, Texas.; her grandchildren, Lauren Ahrens (Andy Ahrens) of San Antonio and Mark Pauls (Brittany Pauls) of Tomball, Texas.; her great grandchildren, Hadley, Caroline, Jackson Ahrens, Ellison and Wesley Pauls; and her nieces and nephews, Barbara Gillis, Jean Orth, Sylvia Kyle, Rebecca O'Leary, Carmen Czisny, Kathy Heider, Ken Juengel, Dale, Rodger and Arlen Heider.
